This retreat has been phenomenal. I feel transformed. When I arrived on Friday straight from work I was frazzled, bogged down with concerns about deadline-driven projects, familial obligations and nursing a cold. I left my 10month old for the first time and my 5 year old had been vomiting.  In short, I was a ball of stress filled with separation anxiety.

After spending two nights and a day and a half with you and the ladies, I am refreshed, relaxed, rejuvenated-REVIVED. The exercises you taught coupled with the life experiences and energy of these fabulous women were just the medicine I needed. I can go home now to my ultra-busy house filled with young children and a needy husband ready to be a wife and mother without losing myself.  Thank you!

I came to the retreat looking for the experience of making new friends, but at the same time I had many fears about what would happen.
